Organizational Stigma Assessment Tool

The Organizational Stigma Assessment Tool (the Tool) is what you will use to review current policies and practices at your organization and identify priorities for change. It provides a list of indicators to help you assess your organization’s strengths and challenges related to STBBI stigma, as well as some associated actions to consider taking to address and improve on each indicator.

Implementation Guide

The Implementation Guide includes the information you will need to plan for and use the Tool, including background on the development of the Tool, areas for consideration in completing the Tool (e.g., who should be involved, how to collect feedback), and supporting resources to help you implement the changes identified through the assessment process. An interactive online course complements
the Implementation Guide and provides additional support, key considerations, and tips for implementing the Tool. You can download additional supporting resources for facilitating group meetings here.
