Each exhibit booth includes:
- One (1) 10x10 booth with table, chair, waste basket, AND electricity

- Two (2) complimentary exhibitor passes.
- Exhibitors are permitted to present and attend sessions (Wednesday to Friday) as space permits
- Additional representatives can register to staff the booth and attend sessions: $425 (Wednesday to Friday)

Cancellation policy
Requests for cancellations received by e-mail on or before 17:00 EDT Friday 13 February 2026 will be granted a full refund, less an administrative fee of $25. No cancellations will be granted after Friday 13 February 2026.
Exhibit Terms and Conditions
- The Exhibitor agrees to abide by the full Exhibit Terms and Conditions.
- The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations determined by Exhibit Management, and the Exhibit Services Contractor as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
- Exhibit booths are assigned at the discretion of the Exhibit Management. The Exhibitor shall not assign nor sublet any part of its exhibit space without the written consent of Exhibit Management.
†CPHA supports the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada accreditation standards for interactions with industry. To ensure Public Health 2026 is free from commercial influence, exhibit staff are prohibited from contacting participants directly. All interactions with Exhibitors by participants must be voluntary.
