Advertising in the Conference Programs
ADVERTISING IN THE CONFERENCE PROGRAMS
Advertisers are invited to purchase space in the Canadian Conference on Tobacco and Nicotine 2025 conference programs that will be provided electronically to all participants.
Cost
- Two pages: $600
- Single page: $350
- Half page: $200
Closing Date
- Friday 10 October 2025
Mechanical Requirements
- Colours: RGB; Bleeds allowed
- Material must be submitted in electronic format.
- All ads must be submitted in English, French or bilingual format.
Page Size
- Two-pages: 17” x 11”
- Single page: 8.5” x 11”
- Half-page: 7.5” x 4.75”
Digital Specifications
Digital data is required for all advertising. Digital file formats accepted are:
- JPEG
- TIFF
Sponsor Advertising
- Choice of location of advertisement in the program is on a first-come, first-served basis according to the level of sponsorship and the date of confirmation of the sponsorship commitment.
Copy and Contract Regulations
- All material is subject to approval by CPHA.
- Requests for cancellations received by email to phads@cpha.ca on or before 17:00 (ET) on Friday 10 October 2025 will be granted a full refund, less an administrative fee of $25. No cancellations will be granted after Friday 10 October 2025.
- The appearance of advertising in the Conference Programs does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the quality or value of such product or of claims made for it by its manufacturer.
- Advertiser and advertising agencies are jointly responsible for payment of advertising published.
- Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content of advertising printed and responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the publisher.
- Advertiser and advertising agencies agree that the publisher shall be under no liability for failure for any cause to insert any advertisement.
