Hotel
A room block has been reserved for CIC 2026 participants at the Sheraton Centre Toronto. Booking your hotel within our room block is an important way to ensure CPHA does not incur significant attrition fees for rooms that remain unsold, cancelled, or reduced close to the conference dates.
Before making a reservation:
- Rooms in the conference hotel block are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The reservation deadline is Monday 2 November or until sold out.
- All reservations must be made under a unique name. Multiple rooms reserved under one name are not be permitted and will be cancelled.
Fraud Alert
The Canadian Immunization Conference is organized by the Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA). If you are contacted to reserve a room by a company or organization that is not CPHA, do NOT provide any personal information or credit card numbers. CPHA does not contract with third party organizations to assist with room reservations. Accommodations should be booked directly with the hotel.
