Call for Submissions
When is the deadline for submission?
The call for submissions is now closed.
When will I know if my Submission is accepted?
Submitters will be notified of the results of the peer review by Tuesday 21 MArch. All communication will be with the submitting author as indicated on the submission.
WILL VIRTUAL SESSIONS BE RECORDED AND AVAILABLE POST-CONFERENCE?
All sessions presented live during the virtual conference will be recorded and made available to registered participants for one year post-conference. Presenters are encouraged to review their presentations for sensitive and confidential information before submission, as recordings will not be edited to remove this information.
Do presenters need to register?
All presenters are required to register the virtual conference. We encourage presenters to register for the full conference but if presenters are unable to participate for all three days, discounted daily rates are available.
The presenter daily rate is $100 and grants access to the conference sessions and networking features on the day of your presentation, post-conference materials and the presentation gallery.

When does registration open and Close?
Registration will open Tuesday 10 January.
We recommend that all participants register by Thursday 15 June in order to receive advance access to the virtual platforms on Friday 16 June. Participants can register for the conference up until noon Thursday 22 June.
CAN INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES REGISTER?
Yes. Please note that all sessions times are in Eastern Daylight Time.
IS PUBLIC HEALTH 2023 VIRTUAL ACCREDITED?
We will seek accreditation from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Certificates will be issued upon request after completing the evaluation form following the conference.
