Booth Size and benefits

  • 10' (3m) wide x 10' (3m) deep (or multiples thereof)

Each exhibit booth includes:

  • Company names and logo and link to corporate website on the CIC2023 website and mobile app
  • Two (2) Exhibitor staff registrations per 10’ x 10’ exhibit space  
  • All health breaks and lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Draped 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side walls
  • One (1) 6’ long skirted table with two (2) chairs
  • Complimentary WIFI and electricity 
  • Exhibitor Service Manual
  • Exhibitor name badges

Exhibit Staff Registration

Each 10’ x 10’ booth space includes two (2) Exhibitor registrations. Additional representatives of the exhibiting organization may register at the Exhibit staff at the rate of $400.00.

CPHA supports the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada accreditation standards for interactions with industry. To ensure the conference is free from commercial influence, industry sponsor designated staff are not permitted to attend educational sessions.

Sponsor staff designated to attend the conference, are prohibited from soliciting participants directly. All interactions with Sponsors and Exhibitors by participants must be voluntary during the dedicated networking hours. 

Exhibit Service Manual

The Exhibitor Service Manual will be available in February 2023 and will contain all material handling, order and service forms for Exhibit Service Contractor.

    The Exhibitor agrees to abide by the full Terms of the Agreement available here. 

    The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations determined by Exhibit Management, the Shaw Centre and the Exhibit Services Contractor as outlined in the Terms of Agreement. 

    Exhibit Booths are assigned at the discretion of the Exhibit Management. The Exhibitor shall not assign nor sublet any part of its exhibit space without the written consent of Exhibit Management. 

    Cancellation Policy

    Requests for cancellations received by e-mail on or before midnight (ET) on Tuesday 21 March 2023 will be granted a full refund of exhibit fees paid, less an administrative fee of $300. No cancellations will be granted after Tuesday 21 March.
