Procedure for adding other conferences

Requests to post "other conferences" will only come from senior staff at CPHA.  If unsure if a conference is appropriate to post, check with Ian.

All conferences will be represented the same way on the “other conferences” page:
  • name of conference with link (heading level 4, with no spacing after)
  • link to conference website, using the name of the conference
  • optionally a second line for the "theme" or "tag line"
  • place
  • date(s)

No descriptive narratives.

No blank line between any of the included information lines.

If the conference information is available in 2 languages, use accordingly on the website (same with link).  Otherwise, use the available language on both English and French web pages, but translate the date and location.

Remove the conference the day after it is over.
