Backups of websites at Atomic Motion
Backups of the three sites at Atomic Motion are made weekday evenings, by crawling the sites. Therefore, only pages and their contents that are visible to the public and referenced by a link are backed up.
The backup is kept on the Linux server, at \home\site_backup. The IT manager can access this.
Only the last backup is kept there. Older backups can be obtained from the IT manager from the backups made of the Linux server.
Areas under construction that are not yet accessible to the public (visibility: no, no link to it, but with viewing permissions set to everyone) should be referenced through the webmaster home page, here, as the backup is directed to start at the webmaster page This will ensure that pages under development are also backed up. And, of course, they should be removed from this section when they go live.
