Rental Fee

• Rental fee is quoted in Canadian funds.

Early Reservation received on or before March 30, 2012:

• Corporate/Government – $2250
• Not-for-Profit – $1500

Reservation received after March 30, 2012:

• Corporate/Government – $2750
• Not-for-Profit – $1750

Rental fee includes: one standard exhibit space (10’ x 10’), one 6’ skirted table and two chairs, one 15 Amp electrical outlet, security, comprehensive exhibitor manual, exhibitor listing in the final program, and two exhibitor passes. Exhibitor representatives are welcome to attend all educational sessions, provided that there is room available.

• Monday, June 11, 2012 – 12:00-17:00
• Tuesday, June 12, 2012 – 08:00-09:30

Show Hours

• Tuesday, June 12, 2012 – 10:00-17:00
• Wednesday, June 13, 2012 – 10:00-16:00
• Thursday, June 14, 2012 – 10:00-13:00

Removal

• Thursday, June 14, 2012 – 13:00-17:00

Terms and Conditions

Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. An early reservation means a wider choice of prime locations.

Please indicate on your application any companies with which you do not wish to be co-located. Location compatibility will be at the discretion of the Exhibit Secretariat.

Cancellation

Cancellation of space is accepted until 17:00 (ET) April 30, 2012, with a $250 charge. After April 30, 2012, the full rental fee per space is forfeited.  In the event that the cancelled space(s) is (are) resold and the entire exhibit is sold out, the Exhibit Secretariat will refund 75% of the cancelled exhibitor’s payment.
