2012 Subscription rates
The following are the 2012 Subscription Rates for the Canadian Journal of Public Health. Please note the following important information:
- Shipping and handling charges are included in the below-stated prices.*
- All rates are quoted and payable in Canadian dollars.
- All Canadian prices include the Goods and Services Tax (5%) or the Harmonized Sales Tax (variable by province) where applicable. See Table II for the price breakdown for Canadian rates.
- Only recognized subscription agencies and book resellers which order on behalf of a third party are eligible for the Agent’s Rate.
- All subscriptions must be prepaid (cheque, money order, VISA or MasterCard).
