How to subscribe

To obtain a one-year subscription to the Canadian Journal of Public Health:

  1. fill out the subscription form (Word: 150k)
  2. send it by:
    • fax (with credit card information) to:

2010 Subscription rates

The following are the 2010 Subscription Rates for the Canadian Journal of Public Health. Please note the following important information:

  • Shipping and handling charges are included in the below-stated prices. *
  • All rates are quoted and payable in Canadian dollars.
  • All Canadian prices include the 5% Goods and Services Tax or 13% Harmonized Sales Tax where applicable. See Table II for the price breakdown for Canadian rates.
  • Only recognized subscription agencies and book resellers which order on behalf of a third party are eligible for the Agent’s Rate.
  • All subscriptions must be prepaid.

CPHA members receive the Canadian Journal of Public Health (regular issues and special supplements) as a membership benefit.  Join here.
