The Roundtable on Health and Climate Change is a forum for representatives from health and environmental non-governmental organizations, the education and private sectors, industry, the Aboriginal community, academics and representatives of municipal, provincial and federal governments, to examine the health impacts of climate change and formulate how action can be taken to address them, for the benefit of all Canadians.
The outcome of the Roundtable will be focused on collective consensus and goal-setting, that will result in the development of an action plan to implement the recommendations identified by the participants.
The purpose of this site is to enable the organizers of the CPHA Roundtable on Health and Climate Change to share information and resources, enabling participants and stakeholders to learn about the event and issues.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Please feel free to offer any ideas that you may think that we can all benefit from.
